Siti Hajar was made PATI since last year

1. It was not Siti Hajar’s fault as all her documents were the responsibility of her employer.

2. She had been staying in the country illegally since her passport expired on May 9, 2009.

3. “She would probably be penalised for that,” said Susapto, referring to the detained employer.
